Lucy is a claims handler and in charge of client services for our Black Sea offices. Lucy joined Kalimbassieris Maritime in 1996 when our Varna office was set up. Having just completed management studies she initially assumed an administrative role in Varna, subsequently in the newly established office in Bourgas and following a period of training she began handling claims.
Between 1999 and 2005 Lucy worked in our Piraeus office as a claims handler and in charge of the liaison with our Romanian and Bulgarian offices. In 2005 Lucy returned to Varna continuing her work in claims and correspondency but also being in charge of client service for overseas operations.
Having accumulated more than 10 years experience in a wide range of cases and working closely with clients, Lucy has now joined the Turkish office team.
